Hide my phone number toggle is not available in the edit listing screen of the app

I looked quick on the post listing screen and it looks like both the hide address and hide phone number are missing from that screen as well. Please add these in that would be consistent with the desktop and mobile site.

When the “hide phone” or “hide address” toggle is on, send an empty string for that field (PhoneNumber / phoneNumber or Address / address) on both edit (ad.submitEdits) and post (ad.submitPost). Do not omit the key on edit if you intend to clear it — send "" so contact info is updated. Treat empty values on the loaded ad as “currently hidden” when seeding the toggles.

Currently this will work for both on the edit screen, and work for address on the post screen. However, phone number on the post screen will not work until we do a backend update.
