Description
What to implement
- Titles Only checkbox on search (same idea as web/mobile web).
- Persist the preference locally (web uses cookie bmo_ts; default is on unless the user has turned it off).

On keyword search , when calling ads.getFeed, include sto if checked:
Do not send sto=0 / sto=false as a string — PHP treats non-empty strings as truthy.
